Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Sales Representative to grow relationships in property management and facilities maintenance. You will educate customers and build trust while living our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.

You will meet 10-15 contacts daily, conduct on-site visits, calls, and email follow-ups, and work across industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, and Builders. Training is provided at the franchise level.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented and self-starter mentality with energy to drive results.
• Comfortable in a metrics-based, process-driven sales environment.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunities and activities.
• Knowledge of property/maintenance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 10-15 contacts daily to generate leads.

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups.
• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve.
• Earning the trust with our Customers.

Working within a sales team and process

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice.
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between.
• Reporting accurately and weekly.
• Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.

Preferred Skills

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry.
• Experience using CRM tool and process.
• Experience working in base + commission environment.
