Job summary

Surface Experts, a local surface repair service provider, is hiring a Sales Representative in Indiana. You will grow relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance, educate clients about our unique repair services, and thrive in a metrics-based, commission-based role.

You will work with a sales team, follow scripted processes, and use CRM tools to manage leads, orders, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented and self-starter with energy and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to work in a metrics-based, process-driven sales environment.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 10-15 contacts daily.
• On-site visits, calls, and emails to follow up.
• Educate customers across industries (Property Mgmt, Hotels, Movers, Builders).
• Maintain and expand customer relationships and earn trust.
• Document sales activities in CRM and track from lead to work order.

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.

• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

• Educates on Surface Experts capabilities
• Enjoys working with people
• Validates level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
• Earns the trust with our Customers

Working within a sales team and process

• Memorizes sales scripts and role-playing practice
• Documents sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
• Reports accurately and weekly
• Brainstorms to find new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
• Experience using CRM tool and process
• Experience working in base + commission environment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 or more per year possible
