What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are uniquely positioned, so a big part of the fun is educating people on what we do and earning their trust.

Out in the Field

• Connecting with 10–15 contacts a day.
• A mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
• Getting to know all kinds of industries – Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and more.

Building Real Relationships

• Showing customers what Surface Experts can (and can't) do.
• Checking in on how happy they are and spotting ways to do even better.
• Earning trust by genuinely serving people.
• Brainstorming and chasing down new opportunities.

Running the Playbook

• Learning our sales scripts and sharpening them through role-play.
• Tracking every client in our CRM from first lead to work order.
• Keeping data accurate day to day, week to week.
• Planning and owning the sales strategy for your territory.
