Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and wants uncapped earning potential. This position starts as commission-only, with a path to salary + commission based on performance. We provide the tools, training, and support — you bring the hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods
• Generating new roofing leads
• Educating homeowners on roofing options, storm damage, and preventative maintenance
• Following up with company-provided leads after you bring leads in
• Representing 1st Class Roofing professionally and ethically
• Working closely with our production and office team to close jobs smoothly

Minimum Requirements

• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided once active)

Experience Preferred (But Not Required)

• Door-to-door sales or outside sales experience
• Roofing, construction, or home services background
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections
• Willingness to learn roofing systems and Florida-specific conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Ability to walk properties and climb ladders if needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
