Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro is seeking motivated Design Consultants to conduct in-home sales presentations for window and door replacements in the Greater Cincinnati area. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and mentorship to help you close deals on the spot.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry sample materials as needed.
• Proficient with iPad apps and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Close deals with homeowners on the same day when possible.
• Follow a structured and proven sales process with coaching and support.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually

Qualifications
