Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for our Chattanooga Territory. Design Consultants travel to residential homes to present window and door replacement options and close sales on the same day.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for top-performer rewards. Expect uncapped commissions with potential to earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Close sales on the spot with a same-day decision.
• No project management or follow up required.

Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
