Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, serving homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati area. We seek motivated Design Consultants to visit residential properties, present replacement options, and close sales on the spot.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, an insurance package, and 401(k). Travel up to 2 hours daily is required, with a proven track record in high-value sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision
• Close sales in a single meeting whenever possible

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
