Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, part of Andersen Windows, seeks a motivated Design Consultant to visit pre-scheduled residential appointments in the Greater Cincinnati area. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, coaching, and a pathway to top performer trips.

You will present options for window and door replacements, aim for same-day decisions, and benefit from uncapped commissions, a retirement plan, and health coverage. Training starts in September 2026.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all necessary information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement.
• One-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
