Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Cincinnati-area training class. Design Consultants visit homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to present window and door solutions and close on the same day.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for top performers to earn substantial bonuses and trips. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury or high-value transactions.
• Able to navigate iPad apps and sales tools.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
