Job summary

AST Defeasance and Rate Cap Advisors in Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Representative to source new deals across our commercial real estate and financial consulting lines. You will receive comprehensive training on our products and market principles and be expected to meet regular sales thresholds for closures and outreach.

You will target CRE owners, sales brokers, and mortgage brokers to grow our network, performing extensive emailing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to close

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a sales associate is a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Sales Representatives will be responsible for sourcing new deals for several different lines of business, including commercial real estate loan and financial consulting. They will be provided extensive training in all products offered and in real estate and finance principles and will be required to meet regular sales thresholds both in terms of closings and contacts made. Salespeople will target commercial real estate owners, sales brokers and mortgage brokers to expand firm’s network and reach. Extensive emailing and phone calling is required, in addition to face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications
