Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple AST service offerings.
• Develop and expand relationships with commercial real estate owners, mortgage brokers, and sales brokers.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, including outbound outreach and closed transactions.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain and grow a strong professional network within the commercial real estate community.
