What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate intake of new and reorder Purewick customer product orders from various lead/referral sources
- Conduct initial and follow-up calls to prospective leads, addressing customer concerns
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements for inbound and outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every call
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals established by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry, sales, collections, or call center/customer service
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and HIPAA compliance
- Strong analytical skills for calculating figures and amounts
