Job summary

FundsOn Inc. is seeking sales representatives to cover the Northern Virginia area, bringing local, family-friendly businesses on board. The role targets a first-year income of $85,000–$100,000 with a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus unlimited commissions and bonuses.

You will identify potential partners, negotiate deals, complete contracts, and coordinate with the deal design team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience selling local advertising (newspaper/magazine ad, SEM, phone book listing, coupon book or related products) to local businesses.
• Proficiency in cold calling and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to discern between good and poor-quality businesses.
• CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Have own transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
