Salary Range: $75,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

Duties & Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Sell OnePointe Solutions products and services to targeted industries.
• Meet sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to optimize sales strategies.
• Represent OnePointe Solutions professionally at client sites and industry events.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accurate records.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in lab furniture and equipment industry preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating software (BlueBeam, Excel, Word).
• Strong business development and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent travel (up to 50%).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
