Farmers Insurance – The Lorena Lieser Agency in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative. Join a team that provides leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This role offers a base salary plus commission and potential first-year earnings of 40,000 to 75,000+. You’ll build relationships, follow up on leads, close sales, and help clients choose insurance solutions while enjoying PTO and benefits.

Licensing Required - We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
