Job summary

The Al Shalash Agency of Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Joliet, IL. You will follow up on provided leads, build relationships with new and existing clients, and identify insurance needs to tailor solutions.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. This role offers base salary plus commission with strong first-year earning potential and

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
