Farmers Insurance – The Lorena Lieser Agency in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Salary range in the ad includes base plus commission with $60,000–$72,000 per year. No prior insurance experience required; licensing assistance is offered and PTO is included. This is a full-time on-site role in Joliet, IL.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus.
