Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a results-driven Sales Associate to guide homeowners through converting to solar energy. You will own the sales process from lead to close, supported by our customer service, operations, and in-house install teams, while handling 5–7 daily leads.

The role rewards energy, relationship building and tenacity with a strong commission plan and benefits, plus training, PTO, and company perks.

Qualifications

• Any sort of sales experience is acceptable.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through converting to solar energy and close deals.
• Own the sale from acquisition to close with support from teams.
• Conduct in-home presentations and proposals.
• Manage daily leads (5–7) and pursue personal leads/referrals.

You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business.

Sales Associate Requirements

Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

• Valid driver's license

Sales Associate Compensation

• Average full-time $150,000 - $250,000 yearly, with an upside of $300,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission
• Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
