Job Description

As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, IT services, or staffing solutions, this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, results-driven global company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and research potential clients in the IT, technology, and staffing industries.
  2. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach to connect with decision-makers.
  3. Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive lead generation strategies.
  4. Present and pitch CloudPSO’s IT staffing, managed services, and compliance solutions to prospective clients.
  5. Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  6. Prepare customized proposals and work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  7. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  8. Handle RFPs (Request for Proposals) and corporate sales presentations.
  9. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  11. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and deals in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  14. Track KPIs and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  15. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing.
  2. Strong ability to conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and generate high-quality leads.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  4. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with business decision-makers (C-Level, Directors, and IT Managers).
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline and lead tracking.
  6. Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, cloud services, managed IT, and compliance solutions is a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being highly proactive.
