Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training over 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• No cold calls, only warm inbound leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months.
• Provided equipment; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service work required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire.
