Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing! The training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits are provided from Day 1. The role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
  • Work at home requires a professional workspace, wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload), and a dedicated desk. Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
