Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking an experienced Fine Wine Sales Representative to join our Connecticut team, focusing on Fairfield and surrounding markets. You will manage a curated portfolio of high‑quality wines and cultivate relationships with restaurants, sommeliers, wine directors, and retailers to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have strong fine wine sales experience, a proven network in the CT hospitality scene, and the ability to work independently while delivering results in a competitive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wine sales experience, preferably in Connecticut.
• Strong knowledge of French/European wines.
• Existing relationships with Fairfield-area restaurants and retailers.
• Understanding of CT compliance and pricing environments.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have significant fine wine sales experience and established relationships with restaurants, sommeliers, wine directors, and retailers in the territory. They will represent an extensive portfolio of high-quality wines with a focus on France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and upcoming artisanal spirits.

• presenting and selling wines to buyers and decision-makers
• executing tastings, staff training, and in-store promotions

Qualifications And Skills

Compensation And Growth

Offering a $80,000 guaranteed salary with performance-based earning potential of $100,000-$120,000+. Benefits include a
