Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Fine Wine Sales Representative to expand our Connecticut portfolio from Fairfield to surrounding markets. You will leverage established relationships with restaurants, sommeliers, wine directors, and retailers to grow sales of a broad portfolio including France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and artisanal spirits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wine sales experience; CT preferred.
• Strong wine knowledge, especially French/European.
• Existing relationships in Fairfield/CT advantageous.
• Understanding of CT compliance and pricing.
• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of on- and off-premise accounts.
• Prospect and open new accounts.

The ideal candidate will have significant fine wine sales experience and established relationships with restaurants, sommeliers, wine directors, and retailers in the territory. The role involves representing an extensive portfolio, primarily focusing on France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and soon Artisanal Spirits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of on- and off-premise accounts
• Prospect and open new accounts
• Present and sell wines to buyers, sommeliers, decision-makers
• Conduct tastings, staff training, and in-store promotions
• Maintain CRM and activity tracking
• Support brand initiatives and supplier visits

Compensation & Growth
