Ace ImageWear, Inc. in Houston is seeking a driven Sales Representative to win new business for First Aid and Safety programs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, targeting manufacturers, contractors and local businesses in the Houston area.

You will build a personal pipeline, conduct on-site visits, present tailored safety solutions, and collaborate with the service team for seamless handoff and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience (new business focus strongly preferred).
• Competitive, self-starting approach; you don’t wait for leads to come to you.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Experience in uniform, first aid, safety, or route-based services is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady pipeline of new business through in-person prospecting, phone outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Book and run discovery meetings to understand safety needs, compliance gaps, and vendor frustrations.
• Walk customers through tailored programs covering first aid cabinet service, AEDs, eyewash stations, PPE, and safety training.
• Bring product samples to meetings and demonstrate value on site.
• Research prospects ahead of time so every conversation is relevant and informed.
• Keep activity, opportunities, and forecasts current in our CRM.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new-revenue goals.
• Hand off new accounts to the service team and stay involved to set up future growth.

We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive to win new customers in Houston. You'll own your pipeline from first conversation to installation, selling first aid, safety, and compliance programs to manufacturers, contractors, restaurants, warehouses, offices, and other local businesses. This is a hunter role. If you like being in the field, building your own book, and getting paid for results, we want to talk.
