Job summary

MAD Monkey Media LLC. is hiring for an entry-level sales seat in Dallas. You will learn to sell websites, marketing and custom print to local businesses, with a 7-day training week and uncapped commission.

This is a hybrid role with on-site presence in Dallas, not fully remote. No base salary; you earn commission on every sale you close. Training bonuses help while you ramp, and typical new reps land their first sale within weeks.

• Reliable and punctual for training, calls, and follow-ups.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to local businesses by phone, email, social, and in-person.
• Learn services: websites, marketing, custom print and apparel.
• Book and run discovery calls, send quotes, and follow up until decision.
• Log every lead and conversation in our CRM.
• Handover closed customers to production and account management with clean notes.

Our entry-level sales seat. Learn to sell websites, marketing and custom print to local businesses, with a 7-day training week and uncapped commission. No sales experience needed if you are coachable and like talking to people.

Where you work: Hybrid. You live within commuting distance of Dallas and work from our Dallas location part of each week; the schedule is agreed with you before you start. This is not a fully remote role.

Pay: Commission only, uncapped. Training bonuses and incentives during your first weeks.

Training bonuses and incentives help while you ramp, and most new reps land their first sale in weeks 2 to 4. Experienced reps should look at the Account Executive and SDR roles, which carry a base salary.

What you will do

• Reach out to local businesses by phone, email, social and in person
• Learn our services well enough to explain them simply: websites, marketing, custom print and apparel
• Book and run discovery calls, send quotes and follow up until a yes or a clear no
• Keep every lead and conversation logged in our CRM
• Hand closed customers to production and account management with clean notes

What we are looking for

• No sales experience required. We train you
• You like talking to people and you do not take a no personally
• Reliable: you show up for training, calls and follow-ups
• Comfortable with a phone, email and a laptop
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

• 7-day training week: part self-paced in MAD Academy, with hands-on training by the end of the week
• You shadow real calls before you run your own
• Clear path to SDR and Account Executive once you are closing consistently
