Senior Consultant at Titus Talent Strategies

Reports To: VP of Sales

Purpose:

The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating new customer relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing ones. This role is responsible for driving sales and maximizing gross margin through the promotion of new and used Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) and related attachments within a designated territory or customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Promote and sell new and used Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) and related attachments
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
  • Prepare and present equipment quotes, sales proposals, and financing options
  • Work closely with internal departments (service, parts, rentals, and finance) to provide seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, gross margin targets, and other performance metrics
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sale follow-ups and support when needed
  • All other duties assigned

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or equivalent college preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company driving requirements
  • Minimum two years’ sales and or industry related experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
