What You Will Do

As a Stryker Endoscopy Sales Representative, you will be a trusted partner in visualization and connected OR solutions. You will promote market-leading technology and products, enabling you to dominate market share. Your role involves demonstrating the visualization platform that distinguishes anatomy during minimally invasive procedures, providing a simple and personalized experience driven by innovation and advanced imaging development.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Manage product evaluations in OR and office settings.
  • Assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Report territory progress to regional management regularly.
  • Resolve product issues promptly for customers.
  • Support training and development of sales team members.
Experience/Skills Required
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5 years of sales or medical experience, including OR exposure.
  • Ability to negotiate prices and terms effectively.
  • Fundamental product knowledge and ability to educate customers.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage large groups and communicate via phone and electronic means.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and software.
  • Physical ability to exert force up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Up to 20% overnight travel; valid driver’s license required.
