Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications.
  • Educate healthcare personnel on proper use and maintenance of products.
  • Lead product evaluations in OR and clinical settings.
  • Assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional management about territory progress.
  • Resolve product issues promptly for customers.
  • Support training and development of sales team members.
Experience and skills required
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (including 5 years of sales or medical field experience with OR exposure).
  • Ability to negotiate prices and terms effectively.
  • Strong understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and digital tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually and drive a vehicle.
