Our one-stop procurement service significantly simplifies the complex process of selecting furniture and equipment for salon owners during the initial stages of setting up a business.
Role Description
We invite an experienced sales professional to expand the distribution of professional-grade beauty tools within local US markets. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time on-site role.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, manage 150+ existing accounts across assigned territories. Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and meetings to generate sales opportunities. Prospect and onboard 15-20 new local salon/retail accounts monthly.
2. Partnership Management:
Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with 2 small-to-medium beauty businesses, salon chain stores, beauty school, local business associations such as PBA, AACS monthly to drive joint business opportunities. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
3. Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies for market entry. Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.
4. Showroom Operation
Be responsible for the construction and layout design of the showroom, as well as the planning and execution of promotional activities.
5. Sales Targets Achievement:
Analyze customer needs, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts. Ensure sales targets ($250K+/quarter) are met and provide regular updates on business progress.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute business development strategies effectively. Monitor competitor pricing/product/marketing strategies, and provide market feedback to help optimize products and services.
