Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD. The role involves meeting clients at their homes, presenting our remodeling solutions, and guiding customers through options that fit their budget.

You will work a rotating schedule Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, with a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days. Earn an uncapped commission and a competitive base salary, plus eligibility for annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles also successful.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and installation quality.
• Help customers find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and provide required post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary

• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+

Key Role Accountabilities

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with professionals from retail, hospitality, and other customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
