West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative to lead customer conversations and close remodel opportunities for baths, flooring, windows, and doors. You’ll work with warm, pre-set leads with no cold-calling, visiting customers at their homes on a rotating schedule.

Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commissions, a year-end bonus program, and a $2,500 signing bonus. Earnings potential can exceed $200K in the first year with performance.

Qualificações

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in-person
• Competitive nature with drive to succeed
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Previous sales experience or transferable from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required systems

Responsabilidades

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No cold-calling or lead generation—all leads are warm and pre-set; sell what you do best
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide in-depth consultations on our products
• Communicate the value of our products and installation quality
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget
• Close sales with customers and provide required post-sale activity
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours

Position: Sales Representative

Purpose of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
• $2,500 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and terms apply.

• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.

• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.

• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
