Job summary

iFOAM is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to grow our commercial and residential client base. The role focuses on generating new leads, cold calling, and door-to-door outreach to close sales for spray foam insulation services.

You will build customer relationships, track activity in the CRM, and strive to meet or exceed monthly quotas in a fast-paced environment. A valid license and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or commercial sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door sales.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment.
