In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the products, sales process and workflow, as well as knowledge about local codes and regulations for this industry.

The responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Visit properties, take all measurements and develop the proposal
• Follow up on sales activity
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Coordinating works with field techs
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients, when needed
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
