Lithia & Driveway Montclair Acura is seeking Auto Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The role welcomes candidates with hospitality, retail, or B2B sales backgrounds and offers training with open Saturday schedules for customer-focused service.

You will present vehicle options, explain financing, and guide customers to a purchase, while building lasting relationships and staying current on products and policies to close deals.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, bonus/commission and location.
