Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eugene is seeking an Auto Sales Representative. You will consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase and help them select the right vehicle for their lifestyle.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with bonus incentives, training, leadership support, and a broad benefits package. This onsite role is located in Eugene, OR, with evenings and weekend shifts typical, and room for advancement within Lithia Motors.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or related sales is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to top-tier service.
• Able to handle high-volume sales.
• Eagerness to grow with the company and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
• Present vehicle attributes, options, features, financing options, and store policies.
• Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with past and prospective customers.
• Track customers using the store’s management system.
• Stay informed about new products and accessories and attend training as required.
