Suburban Buick GMC of Troy in Michigan is hiring Sales Representatives to join Lithia & Driveway's nationwide network. You will guide customers through vehicle shopping, deliver demonstrations, and build lasting relationships to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in dealership sales, strong communication, and a self-motivated drive to hit targets. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to participate in the full sales process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Courtous and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and achieve targets.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM.
• Stay informed on new models and manufacturer training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
