Job summary

Suburban Buick GMC of Troy is hiring a Lube Technician to join our Service Department. You will perform oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and basic diagnostics in a fast-paced shop environment.

We value 1-2 years of automotive repair experience or recent technical school graduates. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certifications are a plus. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Recent technical school graduates welcome.
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department.
