Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Auto Sales Representative at Suburban Ford of Romeo to help customers navigate their vehicle purchases and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

You will present vehicle options, explain financing choices, and maintain relationships with customers, while staying current on product knowledge and store policies. This on-site role reports to the General Sales Manager and Variable Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present vehicle attributes and financing options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, options, features, and purchase/financing choices to customers.
• Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Track customers using the store management system(s).
• Stay updated on new products and attend product training.

The Sales Representative will be onsite and will report to the General Sales Manager and Variable Manager.

Responsibilities:

As an Auto Sales Representative you will work and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in automotive sales.
• organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
