Job summary

Suburban Toyota of Troy is seeking driven sales professionals to join our team. You will greet customers, present vehicles with confidence, and guide them through demonstrations while developing new business and maintaining relationships in the CRM.

A strong listener with interpersonal skills will thrive in this role, supported by a structured daily plan and ongoing training. Eligibility includes 1–3 years in sales, a valid license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills required.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present products with professional demonstrations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demos.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Collect customer contact and interest information and enter into the CRM.
• Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow up with prospects and current customers.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Maintain knowledge of product info, pricing, and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training sessions.
