All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners who requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes.

Earn potential $100,000–$250,000+ annually with uncapped commissions, company-provided appointments, paid training, and ongoing coaching. This W-2 role includes benefits and advancement opportunities within a trusted Michigan home improvement leader.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
• Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions
• Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products
• Explain financing options and current promotions
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach; overcome objections and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract
