All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc. is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess needs, and present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing solutions during in-home consultations.

You will guide customers through financing options and promotions, delivering exceptional service from first contact to contract. The role offers uncapped commissions, company-provided pre-qualified appointments, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path
