All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners who requested information about our products and services and to help them find the best solutions for their homes.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with paid training, company-provided, pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing leadership development. Realistic earning potential is reported as $100,000–$250,000+ annually with a W-2 employee arrangement and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or residential sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex financing options to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions.
• Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products.
• Explain financing options and current promotions.
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract.
