Job summary

Employment Solutions is hiring a driven Sales Representative to join our Miami Lakes team. In this in-office role, you'll build and manage a book of B2B clients, connect businesses with staffing and workforce solutions, and play a key role in growing our presence across South Florida.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation ability
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; virtual meeting tools
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and disciplined CRM documentation
• Able to work in-office in Miami Lakes, FL

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across a range of industries
• Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and account management
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity in our CRM, with detailed and timely notations
• Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
