Job summary

StaffMyAgency in Utah is seeking a passionate Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help families and businesses secure insurance products for safety and peace of mind.

You will respond to requests from prospects and clients, acting as a trusted consultant to evaluate needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Training and hands-on coaching will help you build product knowledge and sales skills.

Our newest Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. You will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
