Surface Experts is seeking a Sales Representative to identify and cultivate relationships with property management and facilities maintenance clients. You will educate clients about our unique surface repair services and work to grow the customer base.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with flexible scheduling, paid holidays, and opportunity for advancement as we expand. Training includes our proprietary sales approach.

• Document sales activities in CRM from lead to Work Order; track progress and report data.

Responsibilities

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

In the Field Daily

• Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.


• On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups


• Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Customer Relationship Development

• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations


• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve


• Earning the trust with our Customers through serving


• Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities

Follow Sales Process

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice


• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between


• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly


• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
