Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Business Development - Local Sales professional. Base salary with unlimited commission, training in Spokane, WA, and a culture focused on caring for employees and helping them succeed.

You will meet 10–15 contacts daily, conduct on-site visits, calls and emails across industries such as property management and hotels, and expand existing customer relationships. The role offers health insurance, paid time off, a flexible schedule, training, and strong earning

Responsibilities

• Meet 10–15 contacts daily through on-site visits, calls and emails.
• Present Surface Experts capabilities to potential customers.
• Develop relationships with customers and expand account base.
• Document sales activities in CRM and track progress end-to-end.
• Work within a sales team and contribute to process improvements.
• Memorize scripts and participate in role-playing exercises.
• Report findings weekly to the team.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.

• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups


• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

• Educates on Surface Experts capabilities


• Enjoys working with people


• Validates level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve


• Earns the trust with our Customers

Working within a sales team and process

• Memorizes sales scripts and role-playing practice


• Documents sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between


• Reports accurately and weekly


• Brainstorms to find new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic

• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry


• Experience using CRM tool and process

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 or more per year possible
