Job summary

DG GLASS & TRADE - Desde 2001 conectando negocios confiaveis. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow an existing client base in Tampa with hands-on field work and in-person client interactions.

You will develop new business opportunities, quote and close deals, and coordinate with operations to ensure project success. Strong communication and 2+ years of sales experience are required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales experience.
• Associate’s Degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Overnight travel is minimal, significant daily local travel required
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings.
• New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
• Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.
