Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane is seeking a Sales Representative to join our high-traffic dealership. This role rewards performance with commission on units sold and opportunities to earn along with comprehensive benefits.

You will greet customers, learn our vehicle lineup, maintain CRM records, and guide buyers through the car‑buying process, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Onsite location and team support available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with automotive sales
• Reliable—shows up ready to work
• Enthusiasm while guiding customers through the sales process
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry
• Working knowledge of computers and technology
• Comfortable navigating computer and dealership technologies
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

L0275 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane Hiring: Sales Representative Pay: Commission Based earning range of $60k-80K annually Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. Department Hours: 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday. This position is located onsite and reports to the Sales Manager. Come work with us! Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $60k-$80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
