Innate AEC LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to connect with homeowners during remodel or new-build projects. You will visit client sites, assess needs, explain options, and prepare detailed estimates that reflect scope and timelines.

You will balance relationship-building with solid construction knowledge, communicating clearly and transparently to uphold Innate's standards from the first conversation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk through homes and job sites with clients.
• Basic understanding of residential construction scopes and terminology.
• Ability to write clear, accurate estimates.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Prior sales or business development experience preferred.
• AEC industry experience is a plus but not required.

About This Role

As a Sales Representative at Innate, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to remodel or build. You'll meet clients at their homes, walk existing projects, build trust through knowledge and transparency, and write detailed estimates. This role is equal parts relationship-building and construction knowledge — you'll need to understand scopes of work, communicate realistic timelines, and represent Innate's standards from the very first conversation.

Requirements
