Job summary

Innate AEC LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to connect with homeowners during remodel or new-build projects. You will visit client sites, assess needs, explain options, and prepare detailed estimates that reflect scope and timelines.

You will balance relationship-building with solid construction knowledge, communicating clearly and transparently to uphold Innate's standards from the first conversation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk through homes and job sites with clients.
• Basic understanding of residential construction scopes and terminology.
• Ability to write clear, accurate estimates.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Prior sales or business development experience preferred.
• AEC industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners at their homes.
• Meet clients at their homes and on job sites to assess needs.
• Walk projects and discuss scopes of work with clarity.
• Write detailed, accurate estimates reflecting scope and timelines.
• Explain timelines and manage expectations with transparency.
• Represent Innate's standards from the initial conversation.
